Welcome for dinner, breakfast and lunch!

One of Vaasa's oldest and best-known restaurants, Central, was opened in 1941, at the same time in connection with a newly completed hotel in the center of Vaasa. Over the years, the restaurant hall has functioned as a venue for thousands of different parties and dinner parties. In recent years, Central has mainly operated as a reservation restaurant, offering a wonderful and nostalgic setting for, for example, small Christmas parties and weddings.

Currently, the Central restaurant hosts a daily buffet breakfast, which is the perfect start to your day. Choose from a generous selection of foods, including fresh fruit, hot dishes, cereals, juices and yogurts. Breakfast is available daily, opening hours Mon-Fri 6-10, Sat and Sun 7-11.

At Central, lunch is available Mon-Fri (starting on the 31st of January) from 11 am to 2 pm, a la carte dishes can be enjoyed Mon-Fri from 4 pm to 10 pm and Sat from 2 pm to 10 pm.
