The cold season calls for rich and full flavors. Like all good things, blinis are best enjoyed with friends. With the filling of your choice for hot blinis – smoked reindeer mousse, whitefish roe or button mushroom mousse – we, of course, serve smetana, red onion, pickled cucumber and honey on the side.
To drink, we recommend fresh and modern 1664 BLANC wheat beer, either as a 5% or non-alcoholic version (€9.60/€6.10).
