Herb-marinated chicken skewers, smoked salmon mousse with archipelago bread crumble, beef pastrami and Calabro salami, fried halloumi sticks, garlic potato wedges, herb-marinated olives, apple slaw, toasted brioche, citrus vinaigrette salad, along with ranch mayonnaise and tomato chutney. For dessert citrus Creme de Pot with pineapple salsa.
WITHOUT MEAT VN|GR
Ehta’s soy smoked tofu skewers, avocado-tomato tartare with archipelago bread crumble, cauliflower wings and beetroot balls, herb-marinated tofu sticks, garlic potato wedges, herb-marinated olives, apple slaw, toasted brioche, citrus vinaigrette salad, along with sriracha ramen mayonnaise and tomato chutney. For dessert coconut panna cotta with pineapple salsa.
