At Koli, New Year's Eve is celebrated both with traditional festivities at Upper Koli and around our Village Hotel!
In the village, we are hosting a family event, naturally with fireworks for those who want to rest their heads on the pillow before midnight. At Upper Koli, you can enjoy dinner at a tapas buffet or choose from our à la carte menu. The party band Groupie Nights will be performing at Upper Koli. The evening culminates in a traditional fireworks display from the slopes of Ukko-Koli. After the fireworks, Groupie Nights will continue until around 1 AM.
Family New Year's at Koli Village
Break Sokos Hotel Koli Village, located in Koli Village, offers activities for families! The family New Year’s event will take place in the courtyard of the village hotel from 6 PM to 8 PM. Enjoy hot juice and roast marshmallows by the fire in front of the hotel.
The children’s fireworks will begin at 7 PM.
New Year's Eve at the top of Ukko-Koli
Come and enjoy New Year's at Break Sokos Hotel Koli! The scenic restaurant Grill It! Koli offers a Koli-style tapas buffet. You can enjoy the tapas buffet as a starter for 15 €/person or as a main course for 32 €/person.
Continue the evening with music as the party band Groupie Nights takes the stage at Grill It! at 11 PM. The party band will play a wide variety of familiar hit songs and provide an energetic atmosphere.
The New Year’s celebration is crowned with fireworks at midnight, after which Groupie Nights will continue entertaining the partygoers until around 1 AM. Entry to the performance is free, but please note that the restaurant is 18+ after 10 PM.
