At Salve, the Christmas lunch is served from 16–20 December, 11 AM to 4 PM.

The starter buffet is full of various salads, rosolli, and herrings. For the main course, you can choose a plate of Christmas flavours, oven-baked salmon, or lutefisk.
On the Christmas plate, you’ll find various casseroles, ham with apple sauce, peas, and plums – a true Christmas lover’s dream. For fish lovers, there is oven-baked salmon with crème fraîche and roasted root vegetables or lutefisk with white sauce. The lunch is crowned with coffee or tea along with Christmas pastries and chocolate.
The lunch price is €40 per person.
