Fishwalley is the business of commercial professional fisherman Esa Kotilainen in northern Central Finland. Kotilainen fishes, processes, and delivers delicious lake fish from the waters of Lake Kivijärvi. The fish are delivered to the customer of high quality and very fresh.
Viilu’s pike-perch dishes are made from local fish. Pike-perch caught in Lake Kivijärvi is served with a Jerusalem artichoke-potato cake, broccolini, chanterelle sauce, and fennel-apple salad.
