Accessibility in our restaurants in Mikkeli

Café Stella

The café is located in Shopping Centre Stella next to Mikkeli Market Square. The shopping centre offers easy access for wheelchairs and pushchairs, and a lift and escalators operate between the floors. The doors to the shopping centre have a motion sensor. The shopping centre has a disabled toilet on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a play area for children on the ground floor.

Prisma’s restaurant world

Presso Buffa and Hesburger are located in Graani in connection to Prisma. There is an accessible entry through the shopping centre’s main door to the restaurants, located on the ground floor. The doors have a motion sensor. The disabled toilet is located on the second floor, which you can access using a spacious lift.

Gastropub Eino

Eino's ground floor level is accessible. Eino has a wheelchair accessible lift which allows the users of wheelchairs or pushchairs to access Einon Vintti or Viinikellari. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor in Eino.

Greeneri

The indoor facilities and the terrace in Restaurant Greeneri, located in Mikkelinpuisto Park, can be accessed along a ramp. The restaurant has a disabled toilet.

Amarillo

Amarillo Street Bar is at street level and there is a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities on the same floor. The restaurant has different levels and there is no ramp between them. Our staff is happy to help when needed. The upper floor of Amarillo is all on one level and can be easily accessed on a lift. There is a lift to the upper floor on Hallituskatu street; the street-side door is not automatic.

Frans & Michelle

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna and has plenty of room to manoeuvre. The main door is automatic. The conference facilities, disabled toilet and children’s play area can be accessed using a lift. The hotel’s car park (accessed via Vilhonkatu street) has a couple of disabled parking spaces, and the car park has a lift that takes you to the street level. There are doors between the car park and the lift that do not open automatically.

Bar’n’Night Vaakuna

Also located on the ground floor of Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna; there are a couple of stairs to the restaurant when you come in from the street side. If you require an accessible entrance, a member of staff will show you in through the hotel’s main entrance and guides you to the right place. Access to disabled toilets is via a lift; our staff is happy to help and show you where to go.

Pruuvi & Päämaja

You can only access Pruuvi and Päämaja using stairs. There are ramps at the restaurant, and a member of staff will help you with the stairs. There is a disabled toilet in Restaurant Pruuvi.

Wilhelm

Wilhelm is located on the ground floor and has a disabled toilet on the same floor.

Mikkelin Klubi

The historical Mikkelin Klubi is located on the 3rd floor. There is a lift to Mikkelin Klubi, but the lift is small (door is 70 cm wide). Customers who use bigger wheelchairs (not electric) can get to Mikkelin Klubi with the help of staff members. There is a disabled toilet one floor below the restaurant which can be accessed with the same lift or helped by staff.

Bistro Sisu

Saimaa Stadium’s Bistro Sisu is accessible and has plenty of room to manoeuvre. The restaurant is on the ground floor and the conference facilities can be accessed with a lift. The accessible toilet is also on the ground floor.
