Greetings from Viilu’s kitchen.
On our winter menu, you’ll find delicious dishes including deer, pheasant, fried liver, local pike perch and of course mushrooms which we get from local pickers and our kitchen duty manager Jarkko. Colorful seasonal vegetables such as beetroot, carrot and caramelized swede give dishes very classy and rich taste.
