Whether you are arranging a meeting or a party, the Havel meeting room is an excellent option for groups of 16–30 people. The stylish room has a U-shaped table offering seats for 18 people at the tables. In addition, the Havel room is equipped with a comfortable armchair group for six people, making the total number of seats 30.

The Havel meeting room features modern technology, an appetising menu, and Finland’s widest selection of Czech beers. Those who use the meeting room are charged for the use of the drinks cabinet at the end of their stay, according to how much was consumed. Located on Vltava’s fourth floor, the Havel meeting room offers nice views of the surrounding landscape. The room has its own toilet facility.

The meeting room can be reserved starting at 8 a.m. on weekdays, starting at 9 a.m. on Saturdays, and starting at 12 noon on Sundays and holidays. On Mondays, evening reservations end at 11 p.m., between Tuesday and Thursday at 1 a.m., at 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and at 10 p.m. on Sundays.

• Evening events after 4 p.m.: sales guarantee €700 per 4 hours
• Additional hours €100 per hour

Sales guarantee: If the final bill for your event is less than the sales guarantee, we will charge the difference as a space-rental fee.
