Within the shelter of Olavinlinna Castle’s sturdy walls, Restaurant Linnantupa serves delicious lunches and café treats made by our cooks during the summer season (16 May – 13 August 2022).

During the opening hours of the castle, the access to Restaurant Linnantupa is free, so you can enjoy our services without buying an entry ticket to the castle.

Outside the summer season, Restaurant Linnantupa organises special events, which we announce in advance. (For example, Mother’s and Father’s Day, May Day). At other times, Linnantupa is available for private functions as a meeting or event space up to 60 people.

Kongressisali on upea, monipuolinen ja modernisoitu tila keskiaikaisen linnan jykevien muurien suojassa.

Kongressisalissa voitte järjestää kokouksen, juhlat, cocktail-tilaisuuden, konsertin tai vaikka vihkimisen.

Eri pöytämuodoilla voimme järjestää Kongressisalissa sekä pienemmän että isomman seurueen tilaisuuden.

Salin erinomainen akustiikka mahdollistaa onnistuneen ääniympäristön monissa erilaisissa tilaisuuksissa.

Internet-yhteys toimii Kongressissa linnan saleista parhaiten, paksuista muureista huolimatta.

Kokouspaketti sisältää tarjoilut, tilavuokran Olavinlinnan aukioloaikoina, kokousemännän palvelut, tekniikan ja arvonlisäveron. Kokoustarjoiluissa yhtenäinen valinta koko seurueelle. Erikoisruokavaliot huomioimme ennakkoilmoituksen mukaisesti.

Tilavuokra 525€ / ilta

Kaikista tiloista peritään Olavinlinnan avoinnapitomaksu museon aukioloaikojen ulkopuolella 75,00€/ alkava tunti.

Jos tilaisuutenne jatkuu klo 24 jälkeen, veloitetaan avoinnapitomaksun lisäksi 100,00€/ alkava tunti.

Mikäli haluatte varata yksityiseen käyttöönne kaikki Olavinlinnan juhlatilat, on tilavuokra 1680,00€/pvä.

WEDDING AT OLAVINLINNA CASTLE

The magnificent, medieval Olavinlinna Castle provides an unforgettable setting for a wedding.

We plan the wedding with you and ensure that the day is exactly what you are looking for.

You can book one or more halls or even the whole castle for your wedding!

You can also organise your wedding ceremony at the Olavinlinna Chapel (40–50 people) or the Kongressisali venue (90 people).

The old steamboat with its special atmosphere is a stylish way to arrive at the castle.

Travelling to a medieval castle on board a steamboat to spend a joyful evening is unique even by international standards!

Dining is organised either as plated table service or a buffet.

You can book the entire castle for a private function outside the opening hours of the museum and the opera season for €1680/day.

When you book just a section of the castle, the hire is only €75/h (midnight–2am +€100/h)

outside the opening hours of the museum.

You will have the use of Kuninkaansali, Kongressisali, Keskushalli, Kellotornin alakerta and Linnantupa as well as the terraces.
